This is a 240g (40 Serves) of the Lemon Burst True Electrolyte Blend. A simple hydration powder that replaces the minerals you lose through sweat. Mix it into water before, during or after training, on hot days, or any time you need to rehydrate properly.
It uses a hypotonic formula, which means it is more dilute than your blood and absorbs quickly without sitting heavy in your stomach. There is a small amount of natural carbohydrate in the mix, which helps your body pull the fluid and minerals in faster.
