Precision Fuel 300g Carb Flow Gel - Original - 510g

Precision Fuel PF 300 Flow Gel delivers 300g of carbohydrate in a single 510g resealable pouch, the equivalent of 10 PF 30 Gels or just over 3 PF 90 Gels. It is PF&H's popular gel re-engineered to flow more easily, so you can decant the whole pouch straight into a bottle or flask without adding water.

The formula uses a 2:1 glucose to fructose blend to help maximise carbohydrate absorption, with a mild, neutral Original flavour that stays easy to take over long efforts. Each pouch provides around 1,200kcal. It contains no electrolytes or caffeine, so pair it with Precision Hydration electrolytes to cover your sodium needs.

How to Use

Rinse your bottle or flask with water, then decant the full 300g into it. The pouch comfortably fits a 16oz (approx. 500ml) bottle or flask. Sip as required during exercise to reach your carbohydrate per hour target. Works best with the PF&H Flow Bottle or Flow Flask, which have a graduated scale to help you track intake.
