How to use

Prevent: 1 x 20ml shot about 5 minutes before exercise.

Relieve: 15 to 20ml at the first sign of cramping. Recover: 10ml after exercise to reduce tightness. Repeat every 40 to 60 minutes as needed. Maximum 100ml per day.
